Deep Playa - Terms of Service

We are committed to making this region a safe space for everyone, regardless of level of experience, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or past organization affiliations.

We do allow adult nudity here, but no sexual activity. The same rules that would apply outdoors at a real-life art festival in the desert would apply here. In addition, we do not allow child avatars in the region.

The following actions are not allowed here and may result in being banned:

• Derogatory comments or personal attacks (including bullying, badgering, trolling)
• Public or private harassment, insults, or other unprofessional conduct
• Griefing in any way. Wearing too many avatar attachments or using malicious scripts are considered to be griefing.
• Copybotting (copying without authorization items created by other users)
• Running sex animations, playing sex sounds, wearing visible sexual objects, aroused or exaggerated body parts
• Using non-consensual sexual language or imagery in private or public chat
• Wearing a child avatar including teenage age

Grid owners enforce the Terms of Service. Participants who do not follow the Terms of Service may be banned from the Deep Playa grid.

Violations of the Terms of Service should be reported to one of the Deep Playa grid owners, Cuga Rajal or Hallix Raine.
